WHAT YOU NEED TO GET STARTED

You’ve got all your wonderful ideas, now it’s time to make them come to life.

Here are the following things we’ll require and the details to take note of before we can begin of the exciting journey of creating your brand.

Branding Files

Your logos in vector files format like .AI, .PSD, .EPS, .SVG or .PDF.

Designs

Tech packs or if you don't have them, at least 3 high-resolution reference images in different views or sketches.

Artwork Files

Files for print, embroidery, notions and packaging must be in vector file format with dimensions stated
.

Sizing

A size chart of garment measurements for each design. Do note that body measurements can’t be used.

What You Need To Know?

Learn more about the answers to the common questions about starting a clothing brand.

  1. You send us the sketches or pictures of the clothing you want to make.
  2. We send you the costs for the samples and the estimated costs for bulk order.
  3. You place the sample order.
  4. Our designers confirm with you about the details and create the tech packs for you to check.
  5. We buy the fabrics according to the tech packs.
  6. We make the samples according to the tech packs.
  7. We send you the pictures to confirm
  8.  You send us tech pack or your pictures and designs to us and we can make exact samples for you. Free sample only need courier fee.

We could offer your customer sample. Free sample only need courier fee.

Samples is 7 days around. Bulk is 30-35 days after you confirm all details.

30 pieces each size per style

We can make customized logo on the label and garments.

We work on EXW, FOB, CIF, and CIP terms. If you would like to work under other terms, let us know, and we’ll do what we can to accommodate you.

Shipping cost depends on the weight of your goods. Normally we use express(FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT), by sea or by train. We also have our own forwarder to arrange the shipping, they also could quote the shipping cost for you to contrast. However, we could also follow your special requirement if you want.

Oem/odm production process

01-SAMPLE CONFIRM

If you have no clothing experience, it doesn’t matter, just email us the vector file of your brand logo and styles you like, and we will make PP samples with your own brand label and hang tag for your confirmation.

You need only offer three simple things, then we could start!

Idea or Style

Based on your idea or style, we could match that and provide the derivation size chart and fabric quality to made the fit sample for your confirmation.

Brand Logo

Based on your brand logo, our design team will make layout of main label/care label/packaging for your confirmation.

The vector file of prints & solid color

Receiving your vector file of prints, our production team will give you different repeat sizes for your choice. After you confirm the repeat size, we will make PP samples for your confirmation.
Receiving your solid color ( Pantone color code ), our production team will make lab dips for your confirmation.

02-Order Tech Pack

Getting fit sample, design swatch or lap dip, and label with packaging in 7 days for checking.

Going ahead pre-production sample and checking all details.

03-Bulk Production

In order to completing all tasks arranged in a quick and perfect way, managing your time, you and us need knowing the production status, and discussing the process in line.
